Al Toscana is a residence consisting of 10 private apartments, located in Andalo, in a sunny area not far from the center, about 950 meters from the town square.
The building enjoys an excellent view of the Brenta Dolomites and is surrounded by a large green area.
Not far away there are many relaxing walks with beautiful views.
The ski lifts are only 800 meters away.
The shuttle bus passes close to the building, about 30 meters away.
There are many parking spaces for your cars, both outdoors and indoors.
The garden is available to all condominiums, who can use the barbecue for a beautiful outdoor dining experience. Also for the little ones there are swings, and for parents the comfortable beds to tan in complete relaxation.
In the basement there is a convenient free laundry room, with washing machines, dryers, ironing board and iron.
Adjacent to the garage there is a closed storage area, with ski racks and boot dryers and a convenient bike rack, where you can also recharge electric bikes.
In each apartment there are 3 televisions (from 50 to at least 32 inches), a dishwasher, a column fridge with freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, electric broom, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, hand blender.
The houses are very beautiful and furnished in wood, divided into living area, living room-kitchen, and sleeping area with bathroom (with shower) and two bedrooms (beds with orthopedic bases), maximum 6/8 beds.
