The 35 m² flat is located in a quiet area of Mezzano, one of Italy’s most beautiful villages, surrounded by greenery. The accommodation is well-maintained and equipped with all essential household appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, central vacuum system, kettle, and hairdryer. Fast, free Wi-Fi is also available.

Outside, there is a cosy outdoor dining area, as well as a convenient parking space directly in front of the house.

Guests are warmly welcomed with a homemade gift. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a kitchen starter kit containing all the essentials: sponges, tea towels, cleaning products, and bin bags. A full linen change is included free of charge after the seventh day.

Inside the flat, you’ll find a selection of brochures with useful information for planning your stay, as well as the book Camminare, which features detailed hiking routes in the local area.

The house is situated right next to a cycle path that runs through the entire valley, and close to a beautiful children’s playground.
