Casa Palumba is a private house in a quiet residential area. The common garden is very sunny in the afternoon and equipped with loungers, table and chairs. The apartment and the garden are not on the street, but on a raised level.
To reach the town centre you only have to walk 500 m along a plain restricted traffic area, decorated with flowerbeds and benches. The bus and ski bus stop is only 50m from the house, as well as a small playground for children.
Guests have at their disposal also one parking spot in the garage and a ski locker room.
The apartment has a living room with fireplace and satellite, smart TV, separated kitchen with frige, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, induction hobs, dishwasher, 2 bedrooms with anti allergy duvets, bathroom with washing machine and hairdrier, and private table in the garden for lunches and dinner in the open air.
In the apartment guests will find an electric broom, an iron and an ironing board. Upon request, kitchen towels and bed and bath linens are also provided. Independent heating system.
