Case Vacanza Marco offers fully renovated and refurbished delux flats (work carried out in June 2024), located at Residence Fradusta with reserved and numbered parking space. It is located right in the centre of San Martino di Castrozza, and with it there is the possibility of being able to reach any type of plateau for those who enjoy practising any kind of summer or winter sport, linked to the wonderful natural landscapes offered by our consortium. There is also the possibility of enjoying a relaxing stay immersed in the natural tranquillity offered by the mountain air.
Should this not be enough, the residence has a large solarium, accessible from the top floor.
In order to ensure that you can feel exactly at home, our facilities are equipped with all kinds of useful comforts so that you can enjoy your stay in complete relaxation.
Included are:
- crockery
- dishwasher
- combined microwave oven
- Nespresso machine
- ironing board and iron
- washer-dryer.
To make everything even more relaxing, there is the possibility of access to the private balcony furnished with an outdoor sitting area. All facing south-west over the wonderful mountain peaks, without ever being deprived of sunlight and also being able to enjoy the majestic view of the San Martino shovels.
