Beautiful apartment a few meters from the center

Located in Isola Bella (adjacent to the Isola Bella Hotel) at Via Risorgimento 12 (Transacqua), just a few meters (150 meters) from the Fiera di Primiero shopping center. Tastefully furnished and equipped with all the amenities described. This very comfortable apartment, completely renovated in 2003, is on the first floor and overlooks the municipal park on Via Risorgimento (access to the park is 10 meters from the apartment). It features a children's playground (swings, climbing frame, dwarf house, water spray area, and children's gymnastics area). The location is very quiet. The small private garden, which can be used as a seating area with a table and chairs, offers a view of the Pale di San Martino mountain range. The photos in the listing don't do justice to the apartment's true value. I've asked the owner to re-photograph them to better showcase the apartment's true value. Free parking for up to two cars is very important, located next to the apartment's secondary entrance. I'll keep this in mind for my next booking.
