Surrounded by the Dolomites, you will find convenient walks, playground and cycle path. A starting point for interesting hiking, biking and MBK hiking in the woods, the surrounding mountains and Dolomite passes.
For nature lovers and excursions, visit the nearby nature parks: Paneveggio-Pale di S. Martino and Parco delle Dolomiti Bellunesi. The house is located in the quiet village centre, in a building of remarkable historical value, which retains both external and interior architectural features.
Casa Gemma means a dive into the history of Mezzano: it is an historic house with main bedroom with decorations in Venetian stuccoes dating back to the 18th century. WI-FI.

Magnificent stay

We spent the last week of June at "Casa Teresa," in this quiet and beautiful hamlet near Mezzano. Everything was perfect: the apartment was huge and welcoming, ideal for up to five people. Equipped with practically every comfort, nothing was missing. Nearby, there's a supermarket, butcher, pharmacy, bar, pizzeria, and wine shop.

Historic house in the center of one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in Italy"

What can I say? If you're looking for a historic, traditional Mezzano home in the center, tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort, including a private, covered parking space... you've come to the right place. Large spaces and rooms, perfect cleanliness. Silence, tranquility, a helpful and kind host. We felt at home in a timeless environment.

Casa Gemma is a little gem, meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail: an old house lovingly renovated down to the smallest detail, preserving its original charm while providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The village of Mezzano is a charming one, full of nooks and crannies to explore, and the owner, Mr. Arduino, is a delightfully kind person.

Friendliness and Hospitality

Historic home in the fairytale setting of the village of Mezzano. Mr. Arduino and his wife are very kind and helpful. The house is welcoming and has all the amenities you'd expect from a private home, not a vacation home. Nearby, there's a supermarket, pharmacy, bar, tobacconist, etc. San Martino di Castrozza can be reached by ski bus. I highly recommend staying there. It feels like home.

Top apartment

We stayed in the Casa Teresa apartment. The property is located in the charming village of Mezzano. Its location offers easy access to many of the town's amenities, but above all, it's a great place to see the local artworks. The apartment is very welcoming and spacious. It is carefully furnished and equipped with all the necessary appliances and accessories.

Functional apartment, excellent location in the town

The apartment is meticulously maintained, both in terms of its functional furnishings and its cleanliness. The kitchen is well-equipped, including a dishwasher. The apartment was renovated this year, effectively making it brand new. The central location in town is excellent, convenient to all amenities, including the supermarket, pharmacy, medical services, events in the square, and the church. It's also a strategic location for excursions. The owners are very helpful and welcoming. We've been using this apartment in the summer for two years now and plan to return next year. This year we decided to go there for the Christmas holidays too, considering that the village of Mezzano lends itself very well to the Christmas atmosphere.

Peace and comfort

Apartment in a historic building, recently renovated, very spacious and comfortable, clean and well-maintained. Perfectly suited to meet the needs of a family, from a newborn baby to a ninety-year-old great-grandmother. The kitchen is well-equipped. New linens. The owner is very helpful.
