Panoramic Apartments with Garage Set in the first residential district of San Martino, mostly made up of villas, the house is located just a ten-minute walk from the picturesque and historic town centre, and five minutes on foot from the ski bus stop.

The flat is on the top floor (attic level) and features typical mountain-style furnishings, along with a spacious, sunny, panoramic balcony (35 m²) ideal for outdoor living.
Each apartment includes a double bedroom and a second bedroom with 2/3 beds and a spacious wardrobe, a living room with a comfortable sofa, a separate kitchen with a window, and a garage.
The shared garden is located exclusively on the left-hand side of the entrance staircase. Barbecue facilities available. Heating is individually adjustable. Free Wi-Fi connection available.
Bed linen, bath towels, and kitchen and table linen are provided.
It is forbidden to hang any items on the front balcony of the house.
The minimum stay is one week, from Saturday to Saturday, excluding special offers linked to particular holidays (such as the Festa del Desmontegar, the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, Easter, etc.).
