Well-equipped apartment

We stayed in the ground-floor apartment, with a private entrance and private parking. The apartment was perhaps a little dated, but it had everything you could need! The kitchen included a microwave, oven, plenty of utensils, a hand blender, and a moka pot. The master bedroom was spacious, the second smaller bedroom was small, and the bathroom had a washing machine and shower. Excellent heating and the owners were very friendly!

Christmas Holidays

We were in Sappada for the first time and it was a wonderful experience thanks also to the heavy snowfall. The apartment we rented in Granvilla was on the ground floor. It was well-designed, warm, tidy, clean, and fully equipped. Convenient to all amenities, yet located in a very quiet area. Very kind and helpful owners. Highly recommended!

Holidays in the rain

Despite the lack of sun, it was a pleasant week. The apartment was spacious, conveniently located on the ground floor and close to parking. It was well-equipped and centrally located, close to all amenities. The village is very beautiful and quaint, and the owner is very kind and attentive.

Positive

We spent a week here at the end of June and had a wonderful time. The apartment was beautiful, clean, spacious, and well-equipped. It's centrally located in the town and set in a beautiful landscape. We recommend. Excellent value for money.

Perfect vacation

The house is located just steps from the town center and all amenities in a very quiet area. The second-floor apartment enjoys a spectacular view. It's very quiet, spotlessly clean, and equipped with every comfort (a safe, microwave, and a second set of keys so you don't have to leave and come back at the same time are not a given). After returning from your walks, you can relax on the spacious terrace. There's a private parking space under the house. The owners are very kind and, upon our arrival, provided us with information on restaurants, supermarkets, and the surrounding area. If you want, you can forget about your car and take long walks in the various villages, along the Piave River, or in the surrounding mountains. What more can I say? Many thanks to the owners, and we hope to repeat this wonderful experience!

The perfect accommodation

The property is conveniently located near the town center and all amenities. The Nevelandia entrance is 200 meters away, easily accessible on foot. Parking is available in front of the house. The apartment we used was on the first floor. It was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, warm, and comfortable. Maria Grazia is very friendly and welcoming. The apartment lacks nothing; you only need to bring towels. There's also plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby for all your needs. If you prefer, you can use the shuttle to get between the various Sappada resorts, avoiding losing your car since the stop is right next to the house. We had a great time.

Simply fantastic

Comfortable, fully equipped apartment in an ideal location for a relaxing holiday in the beautiful Sappada area. The owners were truly helpful and friendly. We'll definitely be back. Nevelandia Park is just steps away.
