This holiday flat is ideal for two to four people. It has a fully equipped kitchen with sitting area, a French sofa bed, a typical mountain parlour (firewood included), a bedroom, a bathroom with combined shower/bathtub and a terrace with a view of the woods.

Civico 10 is located in the municipality of Comelico Superiore, the location is very sunny and quiet, without much road traffic. While the children play outside and make new friends, parents can simply put their feet up!
The flat is very close (four kilometres) to the skiing and cross-country skiing areas with different levels of difficulty.

In summer, Civico 10 is a perfect starting point for hikers, bikers and mushroom pickers.
