The apartment is located in Sappada Vecchia. We stayed for a week and found the apartment very comfortable and equipped with all the accessories, with impeccable cleanliness. With a furnished garden to enjoy the relaxation and silence of the village. Kind and helpful owners. We will definitely be back.

A pleasant surprise!

The apartment was larger than we imagined and equipped with everything we needed. A plus was the garage and, most importantly, the shared garden where we relaxed with our dog. The location is incredible, in the center of old Sappada, with all amenities within walking distance and a wonderful silence that lets you sleep peacefully at night. There are countless walks of all levels in this area, some even starting from the village. We had a great rest, thank you!

Satisfied

I stayed in the ground floor apartment for a week with my son, husband, and dog. We found the apartment clean and well-organized. I had imagined it would be smaller from the photos, but it was actually very spacious. Even the possibility of parking your car in a garage is certainly a positive thing that not everyone offers. We were very satisfied.

A holiday of relaxation, fun and friendly people

As soon as we arrived we were warmly welcomed by Serena Marta and Elisa (daughters and mother). Well-maintained and comfortable apartment with a garden where our son played with other children. Whatever our needs or requests (places to visit, festivals, markets, and learning about the history of Sappada) both Elisa, Serena, and Marta supported us, trying to make our experience truly special and beautiful, as it truly was. Fontana Top Apartments

In Sappada's most beautiful and well-kept village, "Borgata Fontana," nestled amidst the lush greenery and characteristic old Sappada houses, lies the Fontana residence, an oasis of peace and serenity. Just steps from the town center and with all amenities nearby, the immaculate apartments, equipped with everything you need, offer the utmost comfort for a special stay. Waking up in the morning and gazing out at the enchanting Dolomites from your bed is no small feat. Children can play freely in the large furnished garden while parents unwind with a delicious aperitif after a day in the mountains. We've spent all our holidays here for years; our daughter thinks it's her home away from home, and our 12-year-old Labrador is looking younger. All this is fantastic, but what really makes the difference is the hospitality provided by the hosts, the helpfulness, courtesy, and affection the Fontana family extends to their guests. Guests aren't just any tourists, they feel like friends, part of the family. What can I say? Thank you, Lisa, Marta, Serena, and Luciano.

Vacation

The apartment is very spacious and you feel right at home as soon as you enter. The welcome and helpfulness of the staff are excellent, and it's located in a beautiful village in the old town of Sappada. Even my dogs had a great time.

Wonderful apartment

I stayed in this apartment with my husband and children for a week. It's a wonderful, impeccably clean apartment with everything you need, very spacious, and a fantastic terrace. Close to everything: hiking, the city center, and the supermarket. Marta is always available for information, and her parents are welcoming and helpful. We'll definitely be back!

Old Sappada, an enchanted place

We spent a truly relaxing 15 days. The apartment is comfortable, elegantly furnished, and fully equipped. Marta and Serena are fantastic hosts! Relaxation, silence, the sound of the fountain waking you up in the morning... what can I say? Seeing is believing.

Feeling at home

I've been renting Marta's apartment for three years, and every year this magical place manages to give you the feeling of being pampered. The apartment is perfectly furnished, complete with all appliances and comforts! Towels and sheets included! Impeccably clean! And then there's the luxury of having a wonderful garden where you can relax on the loungers! Being immersed in the most beautiful village in the Sappada area, just steps from the chairlift and the town center promenade! The owner is always available, she welcomes you with a smile, and a special relationship is created.

The charming old town of Sappada

The feeling is that of living in an ancient world, a feeling my generation had only touched upon, and the villages of Sappada are conducive to slow holidays. There are many relaxing walks, accessible to everyone. In my opinion, there are perhaps few cultural and/or artistic initiatives, while the gastronomic ones are a bit more appealing.

Beautiful apartment, very well-maintained, clean, and spacious, with a furnished terrace and garden offering a wonderful view of the mountains in the quiet village. Excellent location for getting around on foot or by car. The owners are very kind and always available. We really appreciated being able to bring our furry friends on vacation with us. Peace and tranquility

The apartment, located in Sappada Vecchia, is comfortable and welcoming, boasting a stunning view of the mountains. The village, besides seeming like something out of a fairytale, is peaceful and quiet. Amenities (shops, restaurants, and tourist information) are close by, both on foot and by car. The owners are very kind and helpful. You might not even need to use your car anymore, since so many trails start right from the village. Great welcome for dogs too! As soon as we left, we were already planning to return next year.
