The flat can be rented on a weekly basis, for 15 days, or for a month, and includes a private parking space. The simple furnishings and the presence of all essential household appliances make it very practical. It is suitable for families with children, as it is located on the ground floor, close to Nevelandia and the Alpine Wildlife Park, which includes the adjoining playground "Villaggio degli Gnomi" (Dwarf Village). Pets are welcome at all times.
It is situated on the main road, where you will find the most important clothing shops, typical local eateries, sports equipment rental services, as well as local and intercity bus stops.
The flat is very comfortable in both summer and winter, as it is thermally insulated. It features a double bedroom, a small room with single beds, a spacious kitchen/living area with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a storage room for skis. Guests are required to bring their own bed linen.
Upon request, we can provide a travel cot with baby equipment, a table seat, and a changing table.
