Everything was perfect. The apartment we stayed in was welcoming and warm, and above all, equipped with everything we needed for a completely independent vacation. The location is excellent for families with children, as it's close to various parks. Mrs. Sara was very helpful with any questions. We'll definitely be back.

Beautiful holiday

Family week, with two girls aged 3 and 6. The apartment was spotless, with everything you need and more. Excellent location, beautiful garden with a playground for the kids. The owners were kind and helpful. We'll be back!

Enjoy your stay

I was there for cycling and hiking. The location is ideal. The apartment is bright and airy. The furnishings are simple, just like in the pictures. The amenities were very good; there's even a washing machine in the apartment, which I didn't need during my short stay.

Snow holidays

We had a great time. The owner is very kind and helpful. The apartment is well-furnished, fully equipped, tidy, clean, and well-heated. The location is also excellent because the property is very close to the downhill and cross-country ski slopes.

August 2024

We spent two weeks in August 2024 in Sara's two-room apartment. The apartment has almost everything: a small TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, oven and microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, hairdryer, and a very convenient vacuum cleaner. In our opinion, the pots and pans in the kitchen could use a replacement, and the bathroom door isn't exactly easy to access. The bidet seat also needed replacing, but that was part of the plan. Sara and her mother were very kind and always available to answer our questions whenever we needed them. In the room, we were provided with a travel cot and a safety gate for the baby. Outside, the beautiful garden is very well-kept, and parking is always available, as it's just outside the village. The balcony is very comfortable both for hanging out and for appreciating the spectacular view of the entire valley.

Apartment in an excellent location

Communication with the owner was excellent and the welcome was impeccable. The apartment was very nice and equipped with everything you need. Located outside the city center but conveniently close to Sappada Vecchia and the cycle/pedestrian path. Highly recommended.

Excellent welcome and location

My family (6 people) and I, with my grandparents, stayed for 3 weeks in the first floor apartment with a balcony. It was very spacious, bright, clean, and well-equipped, with everything you could need! It's in an excellent location for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle. A supermarket, newsagent, and more are just a short walk through Sappada Vecchia. You can reach trails and mountain huts without a car. We enjoyed the back garden with benches and umbrellas, and a playground for the kids—very relaxing. Mrs. Sara and her family were incredibly kind and welcoming, keeping us updated on the events and activities Sappada had to offer tourists. Highly recommended! Thanks again, see you soon!

Excellent welcome and location

My family and I spent six days at Mrs. Kratter's house between Christmas and New Year's Eve. The house is in an excellent location in the charming old town of Sappada, very clean and comfortable, and the welcome from Mrs. Kratter and her daughter Sara was fantastic. We were provided with a program of activities during the holiday season, and Sara's communication with us was always friendly and prompt. I highly recommend her. We will be returning soon.

Excellent choice for a stay in Sappada

I stayed for two weeks in August 2023 and had a great time. The apartment was bright and very large, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you need. Despite being on the main road, it's very quiet with a furnished outdoor garden. It's located just a short walk from the town center, which can be reached on foot along the "Sappada Vecchia" promenade. Sara was very welcoming.
