Excellent location if you’re looking for tranquility!

A cozy apartment with a splendid view of the mountains surrounding Sappada! We stayed there with the kids and I have to say we were very happy with practically every aspect. If I could find an improvement (but it's a minor detail), it would be the atmosphere in the kitchen, which is too different from the other areas, especially the bedrooms (welcoming, bright, truly relaxing!). We hope to return!

Fantastic apartment in the center of Sappada

Characterful apartment located in Sappada Vecchia. Large bedrooms, a kitchen with a living room, and two bathrooms (one with a washing machine). Private parking. A great starting point for exploring the area. Friendly and attentive owners. Highly recommended.

Exceptional

I highly recommend it. We stayed in the Rosi apartment, which was very spacious and beautiful. Great attention to detail, spacious rooms, impeccable cleanliness, and complete with all the necessary kitchen and housekeeping accessories. Excellent location. A special mention goes to the very kind, discreet, and welcoming owners, who made us feel at ease. We will definitely be their guests again in the future.

Fantastic

The owners are very kind, the apartment and house are beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the location is quiet, ideal for a relaxing holiday. The view is fabulous, and the price is more than fair. It's the perfect choice for first-time visitors to Sappada. I highly recommend it to friends and family.

Perfect apartment for a mountain holiday

We stayed in the Gianna apartment with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms and we found everything perfect, from the welcome from the owner, to the perfectly clean and fully equipped apartment, to the location in one of the most characteristic areas of Sappada but still close to the center, reachable with a 10-minute walk, and a stone's throw from the ski slopes. We will definitely be back.

Tranquility and hospitality

This is my second time staying at Annarita's apartments. The house is very well-maintained and everything is very functional. The location is excellent, and the neighborhood is one of the nicest in Friuli. Highly recommended apartments; I don't know what negatives to say. I've traveled from Singapore to Sappada twice now, with a smile from ear to ear.

A dream vacation

The apartment was comfortable and we had a great time, excellent with two bathrooms. The location is magnificent, the village is beautiful with numerous beautiful nativity scenes everywhere. It's close to the center, a 15-minute walk away. We saw Calvary, the Stations of the Cross with its stations, which ends at the top with three crucifixes and the church, and we promised ourselves we'd return in the spring. The waterfalls and the small war museum—it's a shame we never found it open. On New Year's Day, we went to Mass in the Church of Santa Margherita, which was wonderful, accompanied by the choir and organ. At the end, the band sang songs from the bell tower—wonderful. The torchlight procession on the black slope and the fireworks display were thrilling. In the Fontana village, it was wonderful to see women in traditional dress setting up a fire pit on a frozen fountain and preparing and offering mulled wine and other treats to passersby. A dream vacation thanks above all to Mrs. Annarita's hospitality.

Impressive location!

A great week in a comfortable apartment

Excellent apartment, located in the most charming part of Sappada's old town! Even though it was just my husband and I, we enjoyed this three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, unique in the entire town, making it perfect for two families! The Tyrolean-style furnishings are delightful; the apartment is equipped with every comfort (I've rarely found an ironing board and iron, a vacuum cleaner, and a hand blender in other homes). I highly recommend it!
