The house is located on the foot of Sappada 2000 in a quiet location, only 5 minutes far from the center, 100 meters far from the ski lifts and from the nordic ski slope where it is possible to meet Olympic Champions.
In summer it is the starting point for hikes and walks immersed in nature or in the characteristic hamlets of Sappada Vecchia.
For the little ones there are a playground area, a riding school and an adventure park just a few minutes walk.
