Apartment Zepodar Haus

We have completely renovated an old barn and transformed it into a charming apartment, two floors above ground, for 4 people.
Zepodar Haus is located in the Alto Cadore mountains in Sappada in the Cima hamlet, at the foot of Monte Siera, in a valley waiting to be discovered.
In terms of activities, there is a lot to do in the immediate vicinity, cross-country trails, ski lifts, Nevelandia for children in the winter season. Trekking, excursions on foot, by bike and much more in the summer.
The apartment measures 70 m² and has two bedrooms, the first bedroom with a double bed and terrace, the other bedroom with two single beds. The beds are ready for you upon arrival. The bathroom, with a "shower in the rock" effect, is spacious and has the same authentic atmosphere, equipped with hairdryer, WC and bidet. The living room/kitchen is fully equipped. There is an induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge with freezer. The living room is furnished with the spacious and comfortable seating area. For the colder days and evenings the heating is underfloor powered by biomass.
Private parking, Smart-TV, WiFi, towels and bed linen are included, as are utilities and cleaning costs.
