In Cima Sappada flats are for rent for up to three people in a quiet area near the ski lifts (200 m) and the cross-country skiing track (20 m) with garden, free covered private parking and the possibility of using a barbecue, deckchairs, sun loungers and tables in summer. Consisting of a bedroom (double bed plus single bed), bathroom with shower, kitchenette and living room. Some flats on the south side have a large balcony with a view of the mountains and the meadows below.
They are rented from two nights in October until 22 December and from 08 January until the end of April. During Carnival week, a minimum stay of four days is required. From 22 to 27 December and from 03 to 06 January, as well as in the summer months (May to the end of September), three nights are required. For New Year’s Eve, a minimum stay of 7 nights is required. They can also be rented for several weeks at a discount and for the whole year.
The flats are partly equipped with balcony, TV (one in the living room and one in the bedroom), dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave, there is no gas bottle but induction hobs. In the basement there is a room for common use with washing machines, freezer, ironing board, ski storage. Unlimited free Wi-Fi internet connection.
The flats for up to three people are equipped with complete bed linen (sheets and pillowcases), bathroom linen (towels) and kitchen linen.
A change of linen is available on request and for an extra charge.
