Zia Ninni - Dolomiti apartment

Our apartment is located in the charming center of Santo Stefano di Cadore. All essential services are just a stone’s throw away: public parking, EV charging stations, a playground, bus stop, shops, supermarket, gym, and more. The newly renovated apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and features a flexible layout with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
From 1 to 3 guests: We offer one bedroom with a private bathroom and a living area including a dining room with kitchen, laundry room, and balcony.
For larger groups (up to 6): We provide a second bedroom, also with its own bathroom.
Sleeping arrangements: The larger bedroom features a double bed and a single bed with a pull-out trundle (which can be used as an extra bed). The smaller bedroom features a double bed.
Amenities include: Wi-Fi, NanoCell TV, microwave and electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge and freezer, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, linens, kitchenware, etc.
The apartment is close to public parking and all local amenities. It also includes a storage room for sports equipment located about 50 meters away, near the parking area.
Location: Santo Stefano is not only a charming and well-equipped mountain village but is also strategically located near the most famous Dolomite destinations: Cortina d’Ampezzo (1 hour), Misurina & Tre Cime di Lavaredo (45 min), Monte Croce & Val Pusteria (Sesto, San Candido 30-40 min), Padola (10 min), Sappada / Val Visdende / Auronzo di Cadore (15 min).
