Our spacious holiday home "Bader" in St. Johann im Ahrntal accommodates up to 25 guests, spread across 13 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, balcony and safe. Thanks to our 40 years of experience in hosting groups, our house is perfectly suited to groups, couples and families, offering warm hospitality in a welcoming, cosy and friendly atmosphere.
Facilities include a large, fully equipped kitchen (42 m²) with an adjoining spacious dining room (62 m²). Our storage room in the basement features a large walk-in cold room (4.4 m²), a freezer and plenty of space for storing food and drinks. A wide range of suppliers can deliver everything you need for your holiday directly to the accommodation. Two grocery shops, a pizzeria and a restaurant with bar are located in the immediate vicinity.
Our large, partly covered terrace with fountain, table tennis table, tables and seating invites you to relax and enjoy the magnificent mountain panorama. There is also a games area with table tennis and table football. You can dry your ski or walking boots in our sports room using the heated boot dryer – a ski storage room is available. A washing machine can be used on request. Bed linen and towels can be hired directly at the house. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
You can easily reach the ski slopes or hiking trails by public transport; the bus stop is directly outside the house or just a five-minute walk away.
