The Mariucci Apartments are located in Campo Tures, in a quiet, sunny, and central area. Thanks to their convenient location, the Reinbach waterfalls can be easily reached on foot within a few minutes. In winter, the ski bus stop is just a short walk from the property.
The house offers two apartments: "Sandro", located on the first floor, and "Jule", the larger of the two, on the ground floor.
The ground floor apartment, "Jule" (approximately 130 m²), can accommodate up to a maximum of seven guests and features three bedrooms, a living area, a dining room, a bathroom with both shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet. It also includes a beautiful glass-enclosed veranda (not heated during the winter months).
July and August: minimum occupancy of four people!
The "Sandro" apartment on the first floor consists of a double bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room with a sofa bed (sleeping surface 150 cm), and a small south-facing balcony.
The property also boasts a spacious garden. Parking is available in front of the house, and directly opposite is a children’s playground.
We charge a one-time fixed price for final cleaning and dogs!
