Haus Niederkofler is located in the Tauferer Ahrntal in beautiful South Tyrol, in a quiet location near the village of St. Jacob. The bus stop is located only 5 minutes from the house and buses run every 30 minutes.
The entire structure, with a large living room and its own kitchen, is rented as an XXL holiday apartment to a large group or 2 families, it is ideal for 8/9 people.
All 5 rooms are equipped with shower/toilet. The 3 double rooms also have a balcony/terrace. You will also find a garden with lawn next to the house.
You are our only guests and can freely dispose of everything.
