The accommodation features a penthouse with an open staircase and 8-metre-high panoramic windows, a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove and a double bed (which can also be used as a fifth bedroom), a fully equipped kitchen with oven and microwave, a living area, and a 3.5-metre-long dining table with 12 chairs. On the upper floor there are four bedrooms furnished in natural wood, two bathrooms with bath and/or shower, WC and bidet, as well as a guest WC on the ground floor. The property can accommodate up to 12 guests.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace and two 55-inch flat-screen TVs in the living room and the stube. In the shared areas of the Untermairhof, guests will find games rooms with table tennis, table football, darts, a new billiards room, a large playroom with a play corner, children’s games, a lounge and a library. A complimentary guest laundry with washing machines, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board is also available.
The private outdoor area includes a covered terrace and two balconies. In addition, guests have access to a shared garden with barbecue facilities and a children’s playground. The bus stop is located just 250 metres away.
