Inner peace

Mountain Residence is a place immersed in nature. From the windows of the apartments—all of which we've had the pleasure of staying with over the years—you can enjoy postcard-perfect views, from pastures with cows to a stunning waterfall, both relaxing to look at and to hear. The chirping of birds and glimpses of the verdant valley beneath a blue sky embody the very idea of mountains in the collective imagination. The apartments are welcoming and comfortable, furnished in a minimalist Scandinavian style and equipped with everything you need and more! Julia is an impeccable host, very kind and helpful. We told our little girl she was a woodland fairy because she welcomes us every year with her kind manner, making us feel at ease. It's a special place where we truly relax, and there's nothing more delightful than walking alone at sunset, when the hikers have already descended and the valley is even more silent and captivating. Lastly, how could we not mention the starry nights that can only be enjoyed here, so beautiful they're dizzying. We'll be back again and again, because Kasern is a place of the soul, and these apartments are perfectly located.

An oasis of peace

Delightful apartment in a residence in Casere, at the bottom of the Aurina Valley. Excellent location, just meters from the bus stop, which provides free transportation throughout the valley and direct access to the free ski lifts. Well-appointed with every comfort, it's ideal for relaxing and a great starting point for walks and hikes. Julia and her father are incredibly kind and pamper their guests, providing all the advice and assistance they need! Highly recommended for those seeking a relaxing vacation filled with beautiful scenery!

We had a great time

We spent two weeks with my family at the Mountain Residence Kasern. We felt extremely welcomed. The location is ideal for those who love nature and the high mountains. The apartment is beautiful, bright, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. It's spacious, has two balconies, a garden, and is just outside the doorstep of a traditional hotel, with many trails starting right outside. Highly recommended.

Relax and comfort surrounded by greenery and nature

Our house in Casere

We stayed at the Mountain Residence for the third year in a row, and we now consider it our home in Casere. The apartments are fully equipped with every comfort and truly tastefully furnished. The strategic location allows you to enjoy a car-free holiday, as many hiking trails of varying difficulty are within walking distance. The residence has private parking with a barrier and access code. Furthermore, right in front of the residence is the terminus for bus number 450, which runs from Casere through the entire Aurina Valley, terminating at the Brunico station (this service is also free because the residence provides tickets for the entire stay). The owner, Julia, is fantastic, always available and available for any need. For me it's a ten with honors.

Nice living room

Hikes of all levels in every direction are just outside the apartment. Nature and silence wherever you go. Beautiful and rejuvenating.

Completely satisfied

We really appreciated the impeccable cleanliness and tasteful furnishings. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The entire apartment, though small, is designed with the comfort of its residents in mind. Julia, along with her father, is the perfect hostess: welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The restaurant and ice cream shop right downstairs were very convenient, where we could also buy fresh bread daily. The artisanal ice cream was delicious! All this adds to the beauty of the valley and the convenience of the hikes, accessible without a car. What more can we say...a truly wonderful vacation! We'll definitely be back!

Everything perfect

Stayed in July 2024. Julia, the owner, was incredibly kind, both during the booking and during the stay. The apartment is new, spotlessly clean, and in a great location, close to many beautiful walks and the free bus stop right outside. Highly recommended.

Very quiet apartment surrounded by nature

The holiday apartment is very centrally located if you want to climb the high mountains. It's also very quiet and surrounded by nature. The apartment is comfortably and stylishly furnished – everything is perfect.

We've been coming here for several years and enjoy our stay in every season. It's a peaceful location surrounded by stunning nature, ideal for days filled with fantastic hiking, skiing, and other leisure activities.
