The property is located in a very quiet position with no passing traffic, in the outskirts of the village San Giovanni. The apartment is located in the attic of a recent building.
The whole apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and has been furnished in a functional and decorated way to make you feel at home right from the start.
The apartment consists of a bathroom with shower, bath, bidet and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, kettle, 4 ceramic plates for cooking, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishes). In the living area there is a sofa bed and a TV with satellite channels.
Furthermore, there are two separate bedrooms, both furnished with a double bed and a large wardrobe. If required, there’s the possibility to add an extra bed.
Towels, kitchen towels and sheets for the rooms are at your disposal. Please remember that smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
There are countless hiking trails in the Tures Valley and Aurina Valley. Discover the wide range of opportunities that unspoiled nature can offer.
