The apartment and furnishings are brand new, in perfect condition. All accessories and amenities are available. Excellent insulation. Breathtaking views of Lake Serraia and the surrounding mountains, with ideal sun exposure. Baselga di Pinè and Lake Serraia are a 10-15 minute walk away. Gianfranco's attention to his guests is exceptional, from booking contact to welcoming and greeting guests. We won't forget the walks around and on the frozen lake, and the lunches (well covered!) on the sunny terrace, enjoying the view.

Fantastic

The apartment is newly furnished and in perfect condition. All amenities and services are available. Excellent thermal insulation. Breathtaking views of Lake Serraia and the surrounding mountains, with perfect sun exposure. Baselga di Pinè and Lake Serraia are a 10-15 minute walk away. Gianfranco's attention to his guests is exceptional, from contacting them for reservations to welcoming them and greeting them. We won't forget the walks around and on the frozen lake and the lunches (well covered!) on the sunny terrace, enjoying the view.

Lake view apartment

The town of Baselga di Piné is pleasant and offers a variety of accommodations. The Dallafior apartments are comfortable, well-furnished, fully equipped, and offer panoramic views. Getting there and parking can be a bit of a hassle, as the only connecting road is steep and very narrow.

Holiday apartments Fam. DALLAFIOR Gianfranco

In addition to the excellent welcome and helpfulness of the owner, we had a wonderful holiday in the splendid lake view apartment provided by Mr. Gianfranco. We would definitely return as soon as possible, given the beautiful excursions we took around the lake at Balsega de Pinè, and the excursions we took in the hamlet of Sternico, which unfortunately we were unable to complete. Thank you, Mr. Gianfranco, and thank you also to your wife.

A pearl in Baselga di Pinè

I stayed with a group of friends over New Year's Eve to spend time in the mountains. We rented two apartments at a reasonable price for the amenities they offer and the assistance we received during our holiday. Not only is the property exceptionally modern, with numerous details that demonstrate meticulous attention to every guest's needs (from digital locks to champagne flutes), but the treatment we received from the owner, Mr. Dallafior, was priceless. With elegance and promptness he was always able to accurately provide everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Excellent view, very pleasant apartment

Situated on the hill overlooking Lake Serraia, in a privileged position. Equipped with every comfort: from every type of utensil in the kitchen to a small extra heater in the bathroom. There is also convenient private parking. The host provides kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom linens. The housekeeping is very meticulous. Mr. Gianfranco was very courteous and kind. An excellent, super relaxing stay

An excellent place for summer relaxation with an exceptional view of the lake and valley. The apartment is immaculately clean and offers every comfort. A fantastic outdoor space! A bucolic stay in a stunning setting

I spent the last week of June and the first two weeks of July here. The owner was kind and helpful, the apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, and there was a stunning view of Lake Serraia and the mountains. A welcome tray of cherries and flowers greeted us. We highly recommend it and thank the owners again for their helpfulness and attention to their guests.

Excellent as always!

Fantastic holiday, nothing was missing.

We spent a holiday at Mr. Gianfranco Dallafior's house, and I must say we couldn't have had a better vacation, in every way. We had stayed here a few years ago and had wonderful memories of this house, which, in addition to having a splendid view that you can't stop gazing at at any time of day, is truly tastefully furnished and equipped with items we don't even have at home. At the time, we had a first-floor apartment with a kitchen, living room, and bathroom, where we felt better than at home. This time, since everything was booked, we settled for the ground-floor studio: a true gem, like a jewel box. It's a shame the week went by so quickly, but we've already told Mr. Gianfranco we'll be back soon.

Highly recommended! Fabulous!

I stayed here for a week. The apartment is immaculately kept, spotlessly clean, and equipped with every comfort. Gianfranco and his wife were wonderfully welcoming and helpful. We even found a new board game, which was much appreciated, and two pink bathrobes for our girls. The view of the lake was spectacular. I will definitely return as soon as I can.
