Cosy studio apartment furnished in a mountain style with larch wood panelling. The apartment features a spacious and bright open-plan area. Ideal for couples or families with one or two children. The property also offers a ski hire service as well as rental of mountain sports equipment, available to guests.
The apartment is located near the Alpine village of Jouvenceaux, a hamlet of Sauze d’Oulx, in the heart of the Alta Val di Susa, with direct access to the Via Lattea ski area.
During your stay, you can explore the surroundings by skiing or hiking in winter. Enjoy easy walks suitable for families with children, cycling trips, and many other outdoor activities in the mountains.
In the village, you will find a bar/restaurant and a pizzeria, open for most of the year. The property is 200 metres from the bus stop and within a short walking distance of the ski bus stop. The nearest train station is Oulx, 3 km away, and the village of Sauze d’Oulx is 1.5 km away.
