A place that remains in the heart

We were greeted by Helga, a very kind and smiling host. She showed us into our apartment, which was tidy, bright, and clean. The flower-filled terrace opened directly onto the neat and well-kept garden. The house is tucked away from the center and the traffic of the main road, so silence reigned supreme. The view overlooked the mountains and their vibrant colors. Very close to the supermarket, the apartment is an excellent starting point for hikes and walks, made even easier by the bus pass. We have already planned to return.

A welcome we have never had in all the years we have been coming to South Tyrol.

We had a beautiful apartment, with a sweeping view of the Catinaccio and Latemar mountains. Thank you, Helga and Franz, for the three weeks we spent in your home. I'm longing for the cool, peaceful atmosphere, and your great kindness.

Helga and her desire to live

Fantastic stay!

It was a wonderful vacation! We've been vacationing here for several years. Helga and her husband Franz were wonderful as always, always available to satisfy every request. The apartment is clean and functional, in a perfect location: in the center of town, but very quiet. Nova Levante and the entire valley are stunning and offer countless walks, from the simplest to the most challenging. We will definitely come back to spend our holidays at Helga's house!

Positive stay

My husband and I stayed here the last week of July. The apartment was clean and had a wonderful view of the Catinaccio and Latemar mountains, and the area was well-connected. The owners were very kind and offered excellent hiking tips.

Positive experience

Great stay

We loved Haus Helga's central location, convenient for shopping and getting around. Mrs. Helga and her husband were truly kind and welcoming. The apartment, very bright and with views of both the Latemar and Catinaccio mountains, was very comfortable and well-organized. Overall, it was an ideal stay, and we'll definitely be back in the future.

Simply a vacation

We have been coming to Welschnofen for many years and this was our second time staying at Haus Helga. Thanks to the warm welcome, we immediately felt at home again this year. The holiday apartment is equipped with everything you need and boasts a superb location in the town center, yet is somewhat secluded from the hustle and bustle. All essential amenities are within walking distance (bakery, ski lift, ski rental, restaurant/pizzeria, supermarket, panoramic trail), and for anything else, the South Tyrol Ticket is available. Arrive and start your holiday – just as you want it.

Excellent apartment

Excellent apartment in the center of Nova Levante. Just steps from all amenities and the gondola lift to the Catinaccio. Spacious living room, functional kitchen, and a splendid view of the Catinaccio and Latemar mountains. The owner, Helga, welcomed us warmly and made us feel right at home. Everything was perfect!

Wonderful holidays

A week in Nova Levante. My husband and I, both hikers, truly enjoyed our stay here. We rented the studio apartment with a balcony overlooking both the Catinaccio and Latemar mountains, perfect for the two of us. Helga is a truly friendly person; we immediately felt at home. Highly recommended!
