Great stay

We loved Haus Helga's central location, convenient for shopping and getting around. Mrs. Helga and her husband were truly kind and welcoming. The apartment, very bright and with views of both the Latemar and Catinaccio mountains, was very comfortable and well-organized. Overall, it was an ideal stay, and we'll definitely be back in the future.

Simply a vacation

We have been coming to Welschnofen for many years and this was our second time staying at Haus Helga. Thanks to the warm welcome, we immediately felt at home again this year. The holiday apartment is equipped with everything you need and boasts a superb location in the town center, yet is somewhat secluded from the hustle and bustle. All essential amenities are within walking distance (bakery, ski lift, ski rental, restaurant/pizzeria, supermarket, panoramic trail), and for anything else, the South Tyrol Ticket is available. Arrive and start your holiday – just as you want it.

Excellent apartment

Excellent apartment in the center of Nova Levante. Just steps from all amenities and the gondola lift to the Catinaccio. Spacious living room, functional kitchen, and a splendid view of the Catinaccio and Latemar mountains. The owner, Helga, welcomed us warmly and made us feel right at home. Everything was perfect!

Wonderful holidays

A week in Nova Levante. My husband and I, both hikers, truly enjoyed our stay here. We rented the studio apartment with a balcony overlooking both the Catinaccio and Latemar mountains, perfect for the two of us. Helga is a truly friendly person; we immediately felt at home. Highly recommended!

Great holiday apartment and wonderful landscape

We had a wonderful time with our dear hosts Helga and Franz. We received a very warm welcome, and over the years a close, family-like relationship has developed. The holiday apartment is very well equipped. Outside there is a seating area with a fantastic view of the Rosengarten and Latemar mountains. Our hostess always gives us very good tips for our hikes. Also worth highlighting is the included South Tyrol Mobilcard, which allows the use of public transport on all routes. Routes are made available free of charge. We are already looking forward to seeing you again next year in the beautiful Eggental valley.

It doesn’t get any better than this.

A lovely holiday apartment in Welschnofen with mountain views. A warm welcome! We had ten days of picture-perfect weather. It couldn't have been better. Mountain hiking with lifts, everything nearby. A fantastic holiday!

Like at home

A delightful apartment equipped with every comfort and in a strategic location for getting around by car and visiting the surrounding area. We had a wonderful view from the balcony of our studio apartment. Helga was extremely kind and helpful, and she definitely added value to our vacation. Highly recommended.
