Welcome to house Pattis in Nova Levante / South Tyrol. Arrive and feel fine - in the loving and comfortable furnished apartments for 2 – 5 persons, be out of noise and bustle, with wonderful views of the magnificent mountains of Rosengarten and Latemar.

Apartment with lawn: spacious kitchen-cum-living-room with double studio couch, bedroom, bathroom and private lawn.
Both apartments are totaly furnished and equipped with microwave, toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator (with freezer), hairdryer, safe, bed linen, towels and tea towels. The house is located in a sunny and quiet panoramic location in a private road near the edge offorest, only a few minutes walk from the center of Nova Levante. In summer: ideal starting point for hiking, walking, climbing and mountain tours and much more; outdoor swimming pool 10 minute wald away. In winter: a variety of recreational activities in the ski resort Carezza and Ski Centre Latemar. House Pattis would be pleased to be able to welcome you.
