Perfect

Annette and Martin are excellent hosts, very friendly, kind, and helpful. The apartment is exceptional: in a great location, equipped with every comfort, and very clean. Excellent internet reception. Bus service included in the price of the apartment. We will definitely be back!

Kindness and hospitality

Spacious apartment just a 10-minute ski bus ride from the ski lifts. Supermarket, bakery, and butcher's nearby. The Pichler family offers a warm welcome and kindness. There's also a sauna and a games room for relaxing. Excellent and recommended!

Wonderful holiday

The apartment is large and has two bathrooms (an essential requirement for us as there are five of us), a fully equipped kitchen, and a very welcome breakfast service, which includes fresh rolls upon request. Mrs. Annette was very kind and attentive; she made sure we had everything we needed! You can also buy apple juice, wine, and beer from her—what more could you ask for? Very satisfied!

Great holiday in Nova Ponente

We stayed for the Christmas holidays. Renovated apartments with very comfortable wooden furnishings. The owners were super kind and accommodated our needs.

Good apartment

Apartment no. 4 pro is very large with 2 bedrooms, wooden furniture, clean with 2 bathrooms, the pool on the very large terrace.

Super ski holiday

We had a wonderful holiday in this house. We parked our car in the garage and left it there for the entire holiday. The ski bus stop was only 50 meters from the house, and restaurants and shops were within walking distance. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen was perfectly equipped, and we lacked nothing. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were ideal. We made good use of the playroom and sauna. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The delicious cakes baked by Mrs. Pichler were a special treat. We've already booked for next year.

Totally satisfied!

A well-maintained house in the center of Nova Ponente, just steps from the shops, with a beautiful view of the plateau and surrounding peaks. The Obereggen slopes are easily reached in 15 minutes, and nearby are delightful mountain huts where you can enjoy a traditional dinner at a reasonable price. The owners are friendly and very helpful, they welcomed us with warmth and kindness, making us feel immediately at ease. We stayed in the large apartment on the first floor, which was truly spacious and welcoming: all bedrooms with bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a living room, and a lovely, sunny balcony with a panoramic view. The very nice sauna area and the large "games room" also contributed to the success of the holiday! We had a really good time, a heartfelt thank you to Annette and Martin Pichler!
