Casa Maurivan is a nice apartment house conveniently located in a restricted traffic zone, 50 meters from the central square, close to the main shops, the playground, 350 meters from the Belvedere cable car.
It is a perfect starting point for the legendary Sella Ronda, 60 meters from the ski bus.
In winter there is a ski bus service directly in front of Casa Maurivan.
The house offers comfortable apartments with wooden pieces of furniture decorated with hand paintings.
Some apartments have a sofa bed for one or two people.
All apartments feature satellite TV, free wireless internet, dishwasher, oven, microwave, safe, balcony, elevator and parking garage.
There is also a laundry room and a ski room with heated ski-boots lockers. In the summer the room is used as a bike deposit.
