Two holiday apartments for 8 guests on the left side of a house with only 4 living units. The apartments are located on the second floor, one on the left side of the house, which can accomodate up to 8 people, and the other one on the right side, which can also accomodate 8 people.
The apartments consist of a kitchen with adjacent living room, double bedroom and a room with bunk bed on one floor and a bedroom with double bed and a bunk bed on the mezzanine floor. Two bathrooms with shower.
They are equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, color TV, oven and electroceramic hobs, kitchenware, cutlery and duvets.
Outdoor parking and ski and boot storage, free Wi-Fi.
The bathrooms were renovated in 2021.
Quiet neighborhood only 700 meters from the Ciampac ski area, good connection for the Four Passes ski tour.

Excellent apartment

We stayed in the right-hand apartment of Casa Penia - Maddalena. The area is quiet, away from the excessive traffic of Canazei. The apartment, spacious, bright, clean, and welcoming, allowed us to spend a peaceful week. Even the "dead spaces" of the house are well-used, and the amenities are in excellent condition. The Defrancesco family, who manage the apartment, are very kind and helpful, and respond quickly to emails. There are only three negative notes to report: when we arrived, the bed linen, although carefully folded on the sofas in the entrance hall, was still a little damp and we had to dry it with a hairdryer. Secondly, the apartment has a large garage, the entrance to which, however, is difficult to navigate. Thirdly, the washing machine, which is functional but difficult to use, could be replaced with a newer one. Despite these three negatives, two of which the owners could easily address, the apartment is still very comfortable, practical, and welcoming. I'd happily stay there again if I had the opportunity.

Great apartment!

We had a wonderful week with our extended family of seven. The apartment is large and fully equipped, with two bathrooms and four bedrooms. There's also a truly spacious living room/kitchen with two tables and a large corner sofa. The apartment also boasts two large balconies. Everything is well-maintained, and the bathrooms have been recently renovated. Very helpful owners with streamlined and efficient management. I recommend it and I think I will go back as soon as possible. HI! Max and family

Beautiful house

Very large and spacious apartment, with typical mountain furnishings, comfortable beds, and a large living area with a nice sofa. My only complaint is that the fridge is perhaps a bit small. The owners were extremely kind and friendly. We had a great time, and would definitely recommend.
