The house is located in a quiet and sunny position in the old town of Pera called "Rualp", just 500 meters from the shops and skilift. The apartments are near a typical Ladin house dated late 1700. Parking in front of the house and meadow at guests disposal. Both apartments are equipped with gas, electric oven, fridge, crockery and iron.
