The apartments are located in the area of Meida in Pozza di Fassa in a very strategic position: within walking distance to the supermarket, butcher, tobacconist and ski rental. Only 150 m from the world cup slope Alloch, which is illuminated also at night, and at approximately 450 m from the cable-car Buffaure, connected to the "giro dei 4 passi". 150 m away there is the ski bus stop and a few hundred meters away the "Park Bimbo Neve", a Fraine (Pera di Fassa). All the ski slopes and tracks for cross-country skiing can be reached on foot.
In the summer the house is an excellent starting point for walks and hiking as well as for cycling trips.
