Very comfortable

We stayed at the property in June, with three adults, one child, and three small dogs. The Pecol apartment was very functional and comfortable, with everything we needed. The location is strategic and convenient for all excursions. The Deluca family welcomed us exceptionally well; both brothers were friendly and welcoming. It was an experience we'll definitely repeat.

Long weekend

We spent 5 days at Mr. Deluca's property and had a great time. The apartment (Sas Lonch) is very nice, clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need. It's conveniently located, just 5 minutes from the center and the Bouffaure cable car. Mr. Deluca is a very kind, helpful, and welcoming person. Among the various walks we took, a tour of the splendid San Nicolò Valley was a must. It can be reached on foot directly from Pozza or by using a dedicated shuttle service. In the San Nicolò Valley, you can taste (and we recommend it) the cheeses produced by the Delucas at their mountain hut. The Fassa Valley is beautiful and offers countless excursions, even with small children. We went with our almost 5-year-old son, and he had a blast. The valley also has many well-equipped and well-maintained playgrounds... a paradise for children. We recommend everyone to spend a holiday in Val di Fassa staying in one of the Deluca family's apartments. Alberto, Laura and Nicolò

Holidays and relaxation in Val di Fassa

We stayed at this property for two weeks with our baby girl and a small dog. The property is very welcoming and in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from the city center. Ample and convenient parking is available. The owner is very kind and helpful.

Very nice

Excellent, tidy and clean apartment; we were greeted by brothers Andrea and Paolo Coluzzi with great warmth. Beautiful hikes and beautiful mountains, especially Ciampedie. The La Zondra refuge was excellent: the welcome and excellent food, good prices, and Miss Francesca was wonderful. See you soon!

360° relaxation and hospitality

We rented the Ciancoal apartment for 10 people: a magnificent apartment, five bedrooms with five bathrooms and a huge, super-equipped kitchen, there was even a dishwasher. The house, equipped with a large private parking lot, is very close to all useful services, the town center, ski lifts and supermarkets. The owners, who also run a mountain hut, produce exceptionally high-quality cheese. A visit to the mountain hut is highly recommended. An experience to be repeated absolutely.

Very nice apartment, friendly owner

We stayed in the Vael apartment with 3 double and quadruple bedrooms + 2 bathrooms + kitchen and dining room, all new and equipped with everything you need. The hosts are very helpful and kind. They own a mountain hut in the nearby Val San Nicolò (worth a family outing and a feast of yogurt and berries), and a dairy shop adjacent to the apartments. The property is located practically in the center of Pozza, yet on a quiet and secluded street. A very positive experience, which I hope to repeat, perhaps in the winter.

Great holiday

New Year’s Eve 2019

We rented the ground floor apartment (Vael) for 5 days. We were two families, five adults and three children. Simply exceptional! Andrea is a delightful, admirable person, dedicated to ensuring his guests have a positive experience. The apartment, and the entire house, is a very large old farmhouse, recently renovated. It's practically like being in a new home. Great care was taken in choosing the solid wood furnishings and the high-end kitchen (I don't even have one like this at home). Andrea's helpfulness and friendship meant that one evening he even showed me the other apartments that were vacated during the changeover week. They are all beautiful, new, with the same high-quality finishes and very spacious, with an excellent layout for maximum comfort. The top-floor apartments are especially beautiful, featuring all the original beams and paneled ceilings. A marvel, especially in the mountains. The location is excellent, with the town center and ski slopes just steps away. I can't say enough good things about the experience. Having booked on this site, with no previous experience, it was like drawing two wild cards! I thank Andrea for his hospitality and friendship.

Pecol Apartment

Recently renovated apartment, cozy, warm (underfloor heating), and clean, equipped with many amenities including Wi-Fi, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Two bathrooms, both with showers, are very comfortable and functional. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Excellent location, just a hundred meters from the ski lifts. Highly recommended!

Wonderful summer vacation

La Majon de Coluzi is a welcoming chalet nestled in the mountains of Trentino. We stayed for a week in the Sas Lonch apartment: spacious, comfortable, beautifully furnished and equipped. The location is quiet, with ample parking and a garden, close to the town center, and spectacular views. The owners, Andrea and Paolo, are extremely kind and always available. We stayed at their Mezza Selva mountain hut (Val San Nicolò) and enjoyed their creamy berries and family-made cheeses, which were truly delicious. I can't wait to return and recommend it to everyone.

Fantastic ski week!
