Apartment located in Vallonga, a small hamlet of Vigo di Fassa on the provincial road leading to the Costalunga Pass (approx. 4 km). 6 km from Lake Carezza. In a very sunny position with a view of the mountains of the Monzoni group.
It is one km from the centre of Vigo di Fassa and the Catinaccio ski lifts.
It is located in the Negritella apartment building on the ground floor and has parking space in the adjacent square. It consists of 3 rooms on a surface area of 75 sq m: a living room with kitchen and a sofa that can be converted into a double bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The accommodation has just been renovated with a domotic system.
It is equipped with underfloor heating.
Preferably rented for 6 or 7 days from Sunday to Sunday.
Animals are not allowed.
The price includes heating and electricity.
An additional € 30.00 will be charged for cleaning costs.
