North is a modern Klimahouse with 3 different apartments: On the ground floor there are two apartments that can be connected; one to 8 persons and another to 2-4 persons. The third apartment in a split-level on the 1. floor and 2. floor is to 4-5 persons. They are all situated to the south with a wonderful panoramic view and a common private garden with barbecue and deck chairs and a huge garage with ski/bike depot and bootwarmers (winterseason). The apartments have a very modern design and they are well equipped with all kitchenware, dishwasher, oven, washing machine etc. The microwave is available on request. All over is free WI-FI.
The house is only 100 meters from the village center where you can find bars, restaurants, shops and a supermarket. The house is neighbor to the church and a small trek, which brings you directly to the mountains: Col Rodella and Val Duron. There are only 550 meters to the Cable car Col Rodella from the house. The building ground (where the house is now) once hosted the old lift station to Col Rodella that closed in 1985.
I am from Denmark but have been living for 22 years in these fantastic mountains: The Dolomites. I own and run the place with my local husband. We live with our son on-site. I speak Italian, German, English and Danish.
