The Pescol Apartments are located in Pozza di Fassa, a renowned summer and winter holiday resort situated in the centre of the valley, in the heart of the Dolomites. The house is surrounded by greenery and enjoys a peaceful, sunny location, away from the traffic of the village centre.
In winter, the ski lifts are only a short distance away and can easily be reached on foot. A cross-country skiing track runs directly behind the house, while the Alloch Ski Stadium, with both daytime and floodlit night skiing (an international competition venue), is just a five-minute walk away. From here, there are also connections to the Buffaure/Ciampac ski area and the famous Sellaronda circuit.
The apartments are fully furnished and equipped with every modern comfort. We wish our guests a pleasant stay!

Like at home

We stayed in the Rododendro apartment, on the top floor of the house located on the border between the village (Pozza di Fassa) and the start of the walks along the stream. We immediately felt at home; the apartment was the perfect base for reaching the village, the bus stop, and the Pera chairlift that takes you directly to Ciampedie. It had everything we needed, from appliances (washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, and TV) to dishes (there's truly nothing missing!). The skylights and the terrace of the master bedroom revealed, in different light, the peaks of the Catinaccio massif: enchanting. The apartment was meticulously clean. Not to mention the warm welcome and kindness (including the many suggestions) of mother Lidia, her daughters, and Alan. Private parking is available behind the house, along with a beautifully kept garden where you can relax on a lounger overlooking the Dolomites. We'll definitely be back. Thanks for everything.

Beautiful living room

We stayed with two adults and a small dog. We had a wonderful time. The owners are kind, helpful, and very attentive to their guests. The "Stella Alpina" apartment is spotless and equipped with every accessory, especially the kitchen, which also includes a dishwasher and washing machine. Very comfortable rooms, two balconies, a comfortable bed, and a beautiful view from the apartment windows. Quiet location not far from the center. We hope to return in July.

A corner of paradise

I stayed in this apartment from June 21st to 27th with my big dog. The apartment is cozy, clean, and equipped with everything you need. The owner was very kind, welcoming, and always available. The area is very quiet and just a stone's throw from the small town center, with everything within easy reach. The location and the places to visit are truly a dream, surrounded by nature. It was a wonderful vacation, and I will definitely return.

Quiet and close to skilift and town center

Very good and quiet location and a wonderful host. I have stayed over the years in almost all the available apartments, and all of them are very clean and well equipped with everything you might need. The hosts are very nice and helpful all the time. Towels and bed linen were included, and they also took care of the garbage (we just had to leave it downstairs). I strongly recommend Pescol Apartments.

Highly recommended

After an excellent first experience three years ago, we decided to return to Pozza di Fassa and stay again in one of the Pescol family's apartments. If anything, we had an even better experience than last time. The location is exceptional: although away from the center of Pozza, it's quiet and close to all the shops, bars, and restaurants. The apartment (Rododendro) we were given is very nice and equipped with everything we needed. The rear garden, overlooking the meadows, offers a panoramic view of part of the valley and the Catinaccio peaks, an added bonus that's hard to find elsewhere. The welcome and helpfulness were, as always, excellent. Thank you!

An unforgettable holiday

We stayed at Botton d'Oro for two weeks. The apartment is extremely comfortable, clean, and equipped with every comfort: a dishwasher, washing machine, plenty of kitchen utensils, and a convenient bathroom. The room is cozy and very quiet, and offers an incredible view of the meadow and the forest, where deer would visit us several mornings. Mrs. Lidia and her daughters welcomed us with affection and care, providing us with truly precious moments, which were the true added value of this vacation. The outdoor garden with gazebo was the setting for many relaxing lunches and dinners, with the incredible view of the Catinaccio mountain range for company. The apartment is just minutes from the town center, yet far from the noise of traffic and August tourism. We've been coming to Pozza di Fassa for several years now, but this year, thanks to the Pescol family, was truly unforgettable. Needless to say, we are already counting down to next year.

My family and I spent a wonderful week at the Pescol Apartments. We stayed in the Rododendro apartment, which is equipped with every comfort. One of the best features is definitely the location: just steps from the town center and the ski lifts, easily accessible on foot. A charming house in an enchanting landscape

We stayed in the Rododendro apartment, a third-floor attic apartment in a house located on the border between the village (Pozza di Fassa) and the start of the walks along the stream. The apartment was the perfect base from which we set out on our hikes and which welcomed us back from our hard work. It had everything we needed, from appliances (washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, smart TV) to dishes. The skylights revealed the peaks of the Catinaccio massif in the various light of the day: spectacular. The apartment was meticulously clean. Not to mention Mamma Pescol's warm welcome and kindness (including her many suggestions)... There's also private parking available behind the house, along with a beautifully kept garden where you can relax on a lounger overlooking the Dolomites: what more could you ask for?
