For ski enthusiasts: with a 2-minute walk (about 450 mt) you can reach the Col Rodella cable car, on the Sellaronda, and at 500 meters there is the school field with ski lift and games for children. The ski bus stop that allows you to reach all the other ski resorts is situated immediately after the bridge, in front of the house.
In summer, the access to the cycle path is very close to the apartment and it is a good starting point for excursions and walks in Val Duron, on the Sassolungo and Sasso Piatto.
Near the house you will find a baker, a bar, a ski and snowboard school, sports equipment rental and a rotisserie. In the city center there are many other shops for shopping and for food products.
The center of Canazei is only 2 km away, thirty minutes by foot.
