A comfortable apartment located at the beginning of the beautiful Val Duron, in Campitello di Fassa, a small liveable village that will make you feel like you are in a postcard!
You can breathe the mountain air inside the house: it is furnished in alpine style with pine furniture, creating ambience!
Nestled in a small terraced residence with an independent entrance, it is located 300 meters from the village centre and 450 meters from the Campitello-Col Rodella cable car, which will take you into the heart of the Dolomites, to the magnificent scenery of rocks and pastures in summer and to the Sella Ronda ski circuit in winter, an area that has no equal in terms of extension and beauty.
In the house you will find a living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a small balcony and a box for storing bikes, skis, motorcycles and sports equipment.
Private parking, satellite TV / Netflix, all appliances and WiFi complete the equipment picture. For the little ones, there is also a high chair and an additional camping-type cot.

Spacious, bright and clean apartment

Excellent location, on the road to Val Duron, just a five-minute walk from the town center and the bus stop, convenient for reaching other villages or the ski lifts. The apartment is very spacious and bright, clean, and well-equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Netflix). The beds are very comfortable. The reserved parking in the courtyard is also very convenient. We loved the terrace, perfect for relaxing. Thanks, Ornella! Highly recommended!

Perfect stay

Ornella's apartment has everything you need for a perfect stay. It is well-maintained with a beautiful living room where you can eat and relax together after a day on the snow. Just a 10-minute walk from the ski lifts, it allowed us to reach the slopes without driving; and thanks to all the information they left us, it was very convenient to shop, cook, and explore Campitello di Fassa and the surrounding area! I hope to meet Ornella in person so I can get to know her!

Gorgeous apartment!

Excellent apartment in the quiet area of Campitello. Very spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, and very comfortable beds, including the bunk bed I slept in. The shutters offer good blackout, and there's a washing machine and a good shower. Our e-bikes could be safely stored in the garage, and we enjoyed the view of this cozy village from the terrace. There's a good bakery and a Coop supermarket nearby. Our hostess, Ornella, was always available to provide explanations and solutions, and incredibly friendly. The living room had all sorts of hiking maps, cycling routes, and beautiful books on the Dolomites. There was a wide selection of the most beautiful walks in Val di Fassa. We also took a two-day hike with an overnight stay in Antermoia. Highly recommended. We had great weather and even spent a whole day cycling along the river for 80 kilometers. We had a fantastic holiday! Thanks, Ornella :-)

The best house in the world

The most perfect house in the world. Practical for cooking. Wrapped in wood. Located at the edge of the village with access to trails in the mountains. The sound of the water from the creek is very pleasant. Excellent balcony. The owners thought of every detail. Walking distance to the supermarket. Just perfect, I would move there forever. Thank you, we had a perfect vacation. Recommend to everyone.

Just like at home!

Beautiful apartment, two bedrooms with a living room/kitchen, bathroom, and small balcony. We felt right at home. It was fully equipped, absolutely nothing was missing. The hostess was very kind and provided us with all the information we needed. Close to the town center, shops, restaurants, a fountain, a supermarket, and a playground. Quiet, on the road to Val Duron, an excellent starting point for walks and treks!
