The apartments Marzelin are located just 500 meters from the center of the village of Masi di Cavalese, on the road to the Agritur Salanzada and the woods of the Val Moena. The building consists of 6 units that are elegantly decorated and furnished, each with private entrance and climate control. The care taken in the choice of construction materials allows to reduce heating times and operating costs during the colder months. Around the house there is a large green lawn with tables and barbecue. Crossing the nearby road you will find trails in the woods of the Magnificent Community of Fiemme where you can pick mushrooms and see deer and roe deer. At 300 meters from the apartments lies the ski slope Olympia, one of the longest downhill runs in Europe, part of the lifts of Cermis. At 100 meters from the house there is also the bike trail that, alternating between bike paths and lanes, connects the villages Masi and Predazzo.

Finally a holiday without any negative surprises

The fairytale places, the people, and the food will remain a memory to be revisited in the future. If you're on a tight budget, once you've paid the rent, you can keep costs down by shopping at Masi's small but well-stocked minimarket, which offers local produce and friendly, helpful staff. The village butcher's shop is also worth a visit: it stocks local specialties from nearby suppliers or from the owners themselves (who are knowledgeable and very kind). Excellent value for money. The house is spotless and has all the necessary appliances; the kitchen is fully equipped, even for large families; the bathrooms are immaculate and functional; each apartment has a private entrance; and the few simple rules explained upon arrival by Mrs. Lucia, combined with the owner's attentiveness and willingness to make your stay as pleasant as possible, make you feel right at home. Advice, politeness, kindness, and courtesy are still greatly appreciated by the residents of these small communities: make full use of them.

Se il budget è limitato, una volta pagato l’affitto della casa, è possibile contenere le spese facendo la spesa presso il minimarket di Masi piccolo, ma fornito di tutto, dove oltre ai cibi locali si trova personale accogliente e disponibile. La macelleria del paese merita una visita: ci si trovano specialità locali prodotte da fornitori nei dintorni o dai titolari stessi (competenti e gentilissimi). Ottimo rapporto qualità e prezzi. La casa pulitissima e con tutti gli elettrodomestici funzionanti, cucina dotata di tutto il necessario, anche per famiglie numerose, bagni perfetti e funzionanti, ingresso indipendente di ogni appartamento e le poche, semplici regole spiegate all’arrivo dalla sig.ra Lucia, unite all’attenzione e la disponibilità della proprietaria per migliorare il soggiorno, fanno sentire a casa.
Un consiglio, educazione, gentilezza e cortesia sono ancora molto apprezzate dai residenti di queste piccole comunità: fatene largo uso.
