This apartment is located in the center of Predazzo, Fiemme Valley, in a very convenient position close to a backery, a newsagents and a supermarket. The location is an ideal starting point for walks, trips and excursions on foot or by bike. The Latemar lifts are about 2 km from the house. The apartment is located on the second floor, has wooden furnishings and the kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware, dishwasher, oven, microwave and glass ceramic cooking hobs. There is also a living room with a traditional stove, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a gallery with a single bed which can be turned into a double one, a bathroom with shower and bath tub, washing machine, TV, DVD player, internet WiFi and a balcony with view of the Lagorai mountain range. A parking spot is available outside the house, upon request you can use another parking spot in the public parking about 200 m from the house. A ski room is at the guests’ disposal, as well as a bike depot. Kitchen, bed and bath linens are provided. Smoking in the apartment is strictly forbidden.
