The apartment is located in the residential area of Predazzo, 800 meters from the village center, in a quiet location, surrounded by green meadows and forests. The Lagorai on the one hand and on the other the Latemar surround the area. The house overlooks the promenade "della campagna", where you can relax and breathe in the scent of nature. A few meters from the house you can find a bike path that allows you to explore the Val di Fiemme or discover the Val di Fassa in the north. In winter a free ski bus takes you to the facilities of all the surrounding ski areas: Latemar, Alpe Lusia, Cermis and Pampeago.
