A group of friends skiing in the Dolomites

An ideal starting point for the best ski areas in the Dolomites: a 5-minute drive from home will get you ready to take the Latemar lift, then continue to Pampeago and Obereggen, with 65 km of slopes ideal for all skiers, from comfortable blue runs to easy red runs and many black runs for expert skiers. A 10-minute drive from home takes you to the Lusia-Moena Ski Areas with the most beautiful blue slopes for families and children, but even in the afternoon when you start to get tired we flew on skis without any commitment, you let them go wonderfully beautiful wide slopes. In the morning the section towards Moena gave us a lot of satisfaction with black runs of breathtaking beauty, always bypassable with red sections and at lunch we were spoiled for choice as to which mountain hut to go to. Not to mention Cermis, 12 km from home, with the 7.5 km long Olimpia slope, which you can do in one go with friends and have a lot of fun. Of course there is also the Ski Bus but the parking is so convenient that we preferred to go by car. Not to mention the Giro dei 4 Passi or Sella Ronda, which you can reach from home in 30 minutes and you'll be spoiled for choice with the slopes that go from Canazei to Val Gardena to Val Badia to Passo Sella and Passo Pordoi to Ortisei and Villa, a day of fun for the whole group. In the evenings we often grilled meat in the Grill hut and ate outside at a very large table for 25 people with a view of the mountains and the village square where after dinner we would walk down in 2 minutes to drink a good grappa. Very comfortable accommodation both in the rooms with TV and in the kitchenette where there was everything necessary for cooking and washing dishes: dishwasher, electric oven, nice large fridge and apart from the freezer, everything well stocked with dishes, really convenient for us all men who in a moment had breakfast and off to ski. We had a great time with Mrs. Ornella, who gave us itineraries and tips for a hassle-free experience, since her daughter is a ski instructor, so we were sure of the slopes we would find: excellent service. She also recommended local restaurants and where to find the best ones, so we bought their delicious cheeses at the Predazzo Dairy, and at the Dellantonio butcher shop, which has been in business for over 150 years, you can imagine the excellent meat and cured meats. Thanks, Ornella. Recommended for skiers and families and we have already booked for the end of June when we will come by motorbike to tour the Dolomites!

Nice place in the mountains to relax with family or a group of friends

I stayed in this apartment with my extended family, including children, and we had a great time. It was very clean, spacious rooms with TVs, and a well-equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, electric oven, and a large fridge and 30-liter freezer. It was perfect for six people, so we all felt comfortable and had plenty of room for everything. The kids played pin pong in the garden, the ladies sunbathed on the loungers, and we guys loved grilling and making polenta in the grill hut. Then we had the wood-fired pizza oven and off we went with the pizza tour. In the evening, aperitifs were served on the terrace overlooking Predazzo under the stars, overlooking the square. The night was absolutely quiet and in the morning we got up to go on trips: there are many that leave from home or a few kilometers away by car, a good starting point that we recommend. Those who didn't want to join us enjoyed the villa in peace. Excellent accommodation and thanks to Mrs. Ornella for all the advice on trips to do and all the things to see.

In just a few minutes you can reach the ski areas of the Fiemme Valley

Nice apartment convenient to amenities and close to the town square, just a few minutes' walk away. A truly unique panorama for mountain lovers. Very clean and equipped with various appliances that made both cooking and afterward easier. Large barbecue area for lunches or dinners with a large wooden table for 30 people. We would love to come on New Year's Eve to have dinner in this dedicated cabin. It was nice to talk to Ornella who explained everything to you to make the most of the trips and typical products We have found guests who have been coming to Mas del Tas for more than 20 years.

We had a very pleasant skiing week

Last week we stayed with our family in an apartment at Mas del Tas and we had such a great time that I've sent a request for next August. Enchanting place with mountain views and close to the town center and ski lifts. Cozy apartment, very clean, spacious and the kitchenette has every comfort. Excellent welcome and great availability in making us feel at ease by explaining many things about life in the mountains and how to navigate buying local products: so we ate many delicious things at Km 0 We also recommend it to those who are going to the mountains for the first time.

Beautiful week of Marcialonga

With a group of 6 friends we went to Mas del Tas to ski and train for the Marcialonga. Excellent welcome, the apartment was very large, comfortable and nice and warm. We had 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and it was just right for all of us. A breathtaking view from every window you looked at: mountains and the Dolomites. In the evening we had an aperitif on the terrace overlooking the town square. We had a workshop equipped to fix our skis and the owner's husband helped us if we had problems that we couldn't fix, as he was very knowledgeable about skis and waxes. The kitchen had everything and more, so we either cooked or went down to town in 2 minutes to eat something. Good location with large private parking also for vans. Satellite Wi-Fi was available in every room. We had such a great time that we asked to return with our families this summer and Mrs. Ornella told us that there is the possibility of having the 2-bedroom apartment which is ideal for our families.

Summer and winter stay

Mas Del Tas is a farmhouse with beautiful, clean, sanitized, and fully equipped apartments. Each apartment has a stunning view. The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the center. We've stayed in both summer and winter. Two different seasons and Mas del Tas offered us fantastic experiences. You arrive and can leave your car behind, essential for those who want to immerse themselves in a moment of total relaxation. The town center is just a short walk away. You can go for walks directly from the farm, or go to the swimming pool (just a few meters from the farm) even in winter, following the municipal path through the woods. For skiing in winter and hiking in summer, you can reach the facilities by car or from the town center on a charming little train that stops about 200 meters from the house. The owners are kind and will tell you about local curiosities and much more.

Holidays with family and friends

Excellent apartments for everyone to stay together while each family and group of friends enjoys their own independence. Quiet location with views of the Dolomites and Val di Fiemme. A warm welcome and excellent explanations for a carefree holiday. The news received via email corresponded in every detail. We were all happy and the little ones asked us when we were going to the fairy tale house.

A nice holiday

An enchanting place for its natural landscapes and local cultural events. Order and cleanliness everywhere, a very high civic sense of respect for the environment and all public property. We found the facility and the locals welcoming and friendly. We plan to return next year.

Nice living room

We stayed for a week in a comfortable ground-floor apartment, with a lovely outdoor table and a garden. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped, cool, and quiet. We brought our little dog, who was very welcomed. The owners were very kind; Ornella gave us plenty of tips for great hikes. The area is very interesting because it's close to truly beautiful places. I can't wait to return to Trentino, and if I can, I'll gladly return to this farmhouse.

Late summer vacation

We stayed at the Mas del Tas apartments in the first week of September. We were satisfied with our stay. The house is comfortable, well-equipped, and clean. It's a great starting point for numerous excursions. The owner provided us with all the information we needed to make the most of our vacation and delighted us with her kindness. We will gladly return.

Finally in a month I’m returning to my favorite house in the Dolomites

Luckily, in a month we'll be back in the Dolomites to relax after this difficult period. We've been going to Mas del Tas in Predazzo for a few years now, and we can't wait to enjoy the sunset with a delicious aperitif on the swing: all silence, just the birds waving at the sun. Then the barbecue is a pleasant custom, perhaps with other guests of the house, under the stars chatting about everything and nothing: you free yourself from a year spent at work. Now we have many friends, both guests and those who stop by for a few days to say hello and who we can host, so when there are a good number of us we do the pizza rounds. Yes, you read that right, there is a wood-fired oven available for guests, just like the ones in pizzerias, and it's fun to prepare pizza there and each person cooks their own, even though the oven only holds 3, so we have fun with the guys who prepare it. The apartments we've toured over the years, depending on when we managed to book, were given a free one. They're all very nice, with an outdoor table for breakfast in your pajamas. I love making coffee and a bite to eat for my family, and then going out to enjoy the view. We set off on trips from home on foot or by car, depending on where we want to go. We ask Antonino where he recommends we go, and since he was a mountaineering instructor, he always helps us discover new places and sometimes joins us, explaining the itinerary we're taking. He's very friendly. For those who love the mountains without any problems, it's the ideal place. I even had a great time with my mother-in-law next door in a connecting apartment, but each of us lived our own lives and every now and then we were happy together. I recommend it to families with friends and to those who love peace.

Highly recommended

We stayed at the Mas del Tas apartments with our family and a group of friends, all with children and teenagers. We enjoyed renting two adjoining apartments, but there was always the option of closing them with a door, so when we wanted to be together, the door could be left open or closed. The villa is a beautiful property in the middle of a meadow, a bit of a climb, but just a few minutes' walk from the shops and the town square. For skiing, Latemar is a 5-minute walk away, while Lusia and Cermis are a 10-minute walk away. The kids took the ski bus, and we drove after them. Beautiful, comfortable, clean apartments, equipped with everything from ovens to dishwashers, very practical for a vacation. Plenty of parking (there's always a spot) and free Wi-Fi in all rooms. We had a great time. Highly recommended!

Fairytale Christmas

We spent a few days over Christmas in this villa, very beautiful, well-equipped, and clean. After a long drive, we slept until 9 a.m. without hearing a thing: what a treat. I recommend it for a relaxing vacation. The apartment is spacious, with everything you need, and many free amenities are available upon request, such as a microwave, drip coffee maker, etc. Plus, the view of the church square with the lit Christmas tree was a marvel. We want to come back in the summer too.

Ski holiday in Predazzo

It was my first time in the Dolomites. A beautiful area. The location of the holiday apartments offers magnificent views. The Fiorio family is very friendly and polite. All ski resorts are reachable from there in just a few minutes. Here you can forget about everyday life, you can relax wonderfully. I will recommend a stay with the Ornella and Antonino Fiorio family.
