Ski week in Predazzo

Very nice and comfortable apartment, clean and tastefully furnished. Very close to the center and with the possibility of a covered parking space. The owners' helpfulness and kindness are truly unique. We hope to return next year. Highly recommended!

Ski week in Predazzo

Excellent and spacious apartment, fully furnished in wood. Extremely clean, kitchen equipped with everything you need. Very convenient two bathrooms. Just 50 meters from the ski bus stop. Possibility of having a parking space in the garage 2 steps from the accommodation. Very welcoming and kind owners. Highly recommended.

Summer 2024 in Trentino

My partner, our one-year-old son, and I stayed at the Negritella apartment in Predazzo for a week in August. The apartment is truly beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully furnished. It has all the necessary amenities as well as truly comfortable spaces, even for large families. The location is convenient, with the center of Predazzo within walking distance and all the towns in the Val di Fiemme. Upon our arrival, the owners greeted us, making us feel right at home and offering to solve any problems we might have. A place and host we absolutely recommend. We will definitely be back!

Excellent apartment

Perfect and welcoming

The house is spotlessly clean, the rooms tastefully furnished with meticulous attention to detail, warm and welcoming. The owners were extremely kind, both before and during our stay. The location is quiet and close to all amenities. We'll definitely be back.

Definitely I’ll come here again

We had a very nice time at the apartment of family Giacomelli! Family Giacomelli is very kind and helpful, it is easy to find them if something is needed. We even received homemade cookies! I believe that at the time of our booking this apartment was the best value for money in Predazzo. It offered all the comfort we required: 2 bathrooms, hairdryer, clean, functional, enough space, balconies, equipped kitchen, room to dry our skiboots. It is near the center but quite. We were 5, 2 teens and 3 adults. Those who went earlier to sleep were not disturbed by others as the size of the apartment allowed a good separation (especially the kitchen, but also the living room could be used by those who went to sleep later). The only thing to keep in mind: bring with you soap, dishwasher tabs, salt & pepper (if you want to cook). We are nearly every year spending our winter holiday in Predazzo - because there are multiple ski areas around the city and it has all the services that we require during our holidays. We hope that in the future we can again book this apartment. Thank you family Giacomelli!

Stay in Predazzo

We spent 6 days in the Giacomellis' apartment, who hosted us with great availability and kindness. We found the apartment very clean and fully and comfortably furnished. The location is very close to the center and the exterior is also very nice and well usable especially in summer. We hope to return as soon as possible.
