Panoramic apartment in a beautiful sunny and quiet location, very close to the center and near the supermarket.
The apartment is located on the ground floor with a large terrace, shared garden, lounge with kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed.
The view embraces the whole Lagorai chain up to the Pale di San Martino.
The skiing sites of downhill skiing (100 km of slopes) and cross-country skiing (150 km of slopes), ski bus stop about 200 m away, can be reached within a short distance.
Guests will receive the GuestCard, which allows them to use the means of transport of the Trentino region for free or to visit for free or with discounts museums, castles and many other sights.
Appartamento Grazia cannot be rented for the whole season but for a maximum of 2 months; in winter the minimum stay must be 7 days.
For long periods, heating and electricity costs will be calculated separately according to consumption.
Beyond the normal cleaning the rooms will be disinfected.

Well-organized apartment

The apartment is small but well-organized and beautifully furnished, with everything you need. Beautiful furnished terrace with a stunning view of the valley. Convenient for walking to the center, with free parking nearby. Barbara (the owner) and Rita (who takes care of the reception) are very kind and helpful. It was a wonderful vacation in those stunning places.

Really pleasant stay

Excellent location, a seven-minute walk from the center. The apartment is very well-equipped and comfortable, with a stunning panoramic view. The welcome was excellent both before and during our stay. The owner, Barbara, provided a brochure with the main attractions and excursions in and around the area. There are many activities for children, too. I highly recommend staying in this apartment.

A relaxing holiday

Apartment very close to the supermarket and a stone's throw from the city center. Quiet residence with free on-street parking. The terrace was excellent and allowed the girls and the dog to play in complete safety. The owner was friendly and attentive and provided us with many comforts upon our arrival. Cavalese is an excellent starting point for many nearby walks, wonderful parks, and attractions suitable for even the littlest ones.

A nice surprise

The apartment is in a great location, close to the hospital, supermarket, and town center, with spectacular views of the valley. Inside, nothing is missing; in fact, compared to other apartments, I found many very useful extras. Suitable for families with children, as the residence hosts many families with children. Excellent welcome and availability both on arrival and departure from Mrs. Graziella.

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful, clean, and comfortable apartment. The rooms facing the mountain were cool day and night. The table in the garden allowed us to dine under the stars. It lacked nothing. We will definitely return.

Have a wonderful holiday in Cavalese!

We celebrated my mother's birthday as guests at "Barbara's house." Our destination was very easy to reach, and upon arrival, the breathtaking view from the terrace, nestled in a prime location overlooking the town of Cavalese, spread out before our eyes, nestled against the splendid backdrop of the Dolomites. The apartment, furnished in typical local style, functional and extremely welcoming, quickly became a home away from home, welcoming us upon our return from numerous trips and excursions to the enchanting surrounding destinations. The bedrooms on the mezzanine floor are comfortable and extremely tidy, as is the rest of the apartment, equipped down to the last detail. The bathroom is completely renovated, modern, and equipped with a comfortable shower. The kitchen, both simple and functional, can be completely hidden behind closable doors. The all-wood dining room, typical of mountain homes, creates a warm atmosphere. We spent these days in total tranquility and relaxation, immersed in the green landscape warmed by the first autumn colors. There was no shortage of excitement, including the opportunity to observe the slopes hardest hit by the disastrous storm that swept through centuries-old forests in 2018, and the locals tirelessly sorting the recovered and neatly arranged wood. The nearby Paneveggio Natural Park afforded us views of the Pale di San Martino, and more: just a short distance from the Information Center, families of deer can easily be admired at close range, even though they are protected. After extensively exploring the splendid Fiemme Valley and its quaint villages, savoring the typical flavors of traditional cuisine, the nearby Fassa Valley offers further moments of true wonder. Our host made organizing our vacation easy by providing helpful tips on where to eat and what to see, all gathered in a booklet, along with numerous maps of trails and places of interest. And, truly helpful, a video on how to turn on the heating, water heater, electricity, and water utilities, and, last but not least, how to manage waste separation. A well-maintained and pleasant residential property, with beautiful shared greenery. Our dog was welcome and, like us, enjoyed a wonderful vacation in total comfort. We'll definitely repeat it, perhaps for her next birthday! A special thanks goes to the hostess, Barbara, who is incredibly kind, always available for any need, and an expert on the secrets of her beloved mountains. Thank you for sharing them with us!

Una bella vacanza a Cavalese!

Abbiamo festeggiato il compleanno di mia madre ospiti a "casa di Barbara". Facilissimo raggiungere la nostra destinazione e all’arrivo non passa certo inosservata la suggestiva vista che si gode dalla terrazza, in posizione privilegiata sull’abitato di Cavalese che, immerso nella splendida cornice delle Dolomiti, si estende davanti ai nostri occhi. L’appartamento, arredato col tipico gusto del luogo, funzionale ed estremamente accogliente, in breve è diventato "casa", accogliendoci al rientro dalle numerose gite ed escursioni verso le incantevoli mete nei dintorni. Le camere da letto situate al piano rialzato sono confortevoli ed estremamente ordinate, così come il resto dell’appartamento, accessoriato in ogni dettaglio. Il bagno è completamente ristrutturato, moderno e dotato di comoda doccia. La cucina, essenziale e funzionale al contempo, è completamente occultabile dietro ante richiudibili. La sala da pranzo tutta in legno, tipica delle abitazioni montane, crea una calda atmosfera. Abbiamo vissuto questi giorni in totale tranquillità e relax, immersi nel verde paesaggio scaldato dai primi colori autunnali. Non sono mancate le emozioni, tra le quali il potere osservare lungo il nostro girovagare i versanti più colpiti dal disastroso fortunale che nel 2018 ha come "pettinato" boschi secolari, e la gente del luogo che instancabile sta selezionando il legname recuperato ed ordinatamente sistemato. Il vicino Parco Naturale di Paneveggio ci ha regalato la vista sulle Pale di San Martino, e non solo: a poca distanza dal Centro informativo, famiglie di cervi possono facilmente essere ammirate a distanza ravvicinata, pur se protetta. Dopo aver visitato in lungo e in largo la splendida Valle di Fiemme ed i suoi caratteristici abitati, assaporando i sapori tipici della cucina tradizionale, la vicina Val di Fassa offre altri momenti di vera meraviglia. La padrona di casa ha reso facile l’organizzazione della nostra vacanza mettendo a disposizione utili consigli sul "dove mangiare" e sul "cosa vedere", il tutto raccolto in un book, e numerose carte dei sentieri e luoghi di interesse. E, davvero molto utile, un video su come effettuare l’accensione del riscaldamento, dello scaldabagno, delle utenze luce e acqua e non ultimo la gestione della raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti. Una struttura residenziale ottimamente tenuta e gradevole, con a disposizione un bel verde condominiale. La nostra cagnolina è stata ben accetta e ha trascorso come noi, in totale comfort, una splendida vacanza che, se possibile, sarà da ripetere, magari al prossimo compleanno! Un ringraziamento speciale va alla padrona di casa, Barbara, gentilissima, sempre raggiungibile per ogni necessità ed esperta conoscitrice dei segreti delle sue amatissime montagne, grazie per averli condivisi con noi!

We stayed 15 days in this delightful apartment in the Grazia residence. Equipped with all comforts and accessories, it has a beautiful terrace with a view, shaded in the afternoon. The place is very quiet and is in a strategic position, very close to the center of Cavalese. The owner, Mrs. Barbara, is very kind, as is Mrs. Graziella who takes care of check-in and check-out.
