The two apartments are located in Predazzo, in a central but at the same time quiet area, close to the ski-bus stop. We offer free Wi-Fi connection and if needed we have everything for your kid (crib, little bath-tub and high-chair on request).
Attic apartment
The apartment, just refurbished, is situated in the attic, on the 3rd floor. It has got a double bedroom, kitchen with living room, bathroom, closet, two balconies. It’s perfect for a couple or two friends and a small bed is available for little kids.
In our apartment you will find: a washing machine, TV, vacuum-cleaner, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, ski depot and independent heating system.
Prices include: heating, bed and bath linen, final cleaning.
Second floor apartment
The apartment, of 80 sqm, is situated on the second floor. It has got a double bedroom and a twin-bed room from which you can enter a single room; a large kitchen; a wide corridor and a bathroom. Moreover the apartment has got: a washing machine, a TV, a parking lot, a vacuum cleaner, an iron and an iron board, a hairdryer, a ski-depot and an independent heating system. With 5 total beds it is great for groups of friends and families.
Prices include: heating and final cleaning.
