WELCOME TO CASA VACANZE MARIA
A family home in the heart of Tesero!
A place to enjoy and share, lovingly designed to make you feel at home, even whilst on holiday.
The stay includes exclusive use of the entire detached home over 3 floors, with around 130 sqm of living space and a 60 sqm private garage.
There is also an option for two people: the attic is closed off and the living room becomes a comfortable sleeping area thanks to an extra-large double sofa bed (160x200), an 18 cm mattress and a 6 cm massage topper.
Bed linen, towels, washing machine and vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, fully equipped kitchen, and Wi-Fi are all included.
Underfloor heating in the whole house.
FIRST FLOOR – LIVING AREA
A big, warm and welcoming living area with custom-made kitchen complete with induction hob, combination microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine, and dining area.
Living room in larch wood with two sofas, TV, and a traditional ceramic stove.
Bathroom with window, featuring a hydromassage shower, foot spa and integrated radio.
UPPER FLOOR – SLEEPING AREA
Bright attic with exposed wooden beams and 3 bedrooms:
master bedroom with TV and small balcony;
second bedroom with skylight, bunk bed, sofa bed, and walk-in wardrobe;
third bedroom with skylight, two single beds or one double bed and walk-in wardrobe.
Second bathroom with a large shower.
BASEMENT LEVEL – PRIVATE GARAGE
Garage directly connected to the house, with automatic door, with space for 2 cars, maximum height 2 meters. Recommended for small to medium-sized vehicles.
Special partnerships available at restaurants and pizzerias and QC Terme Dolomiti.
A security deposit is required upon arrival and will be refunded at departure following inspection of the property.
The house is located in the heart of Tesero, with all the main amenities just a short walk away, ideally situated for experiencing the Val di Fiemme in every season.
