Hello! I’m Lucia, I’ve been working in the tourism sector for a few years now and I like the idea of being able to make my house available so that people can spend unforgettable holidays in our wonderful valley!
The house has been completely renovated and is on 3 floors: living area, sleeping area and garage.
Custom-furnished, it offers a kitchen complete with microwave oven, dishwasher, induction hob and fridge-freezer, kettle and coffee machine.
Living room with TV, wifi connection, 2 full bathrooms with washing machine and hair dryer, 3 bedrooms:
2 with double bed, 1 with bunk bed plus sofa bed. The master double bedroom has exclusive access to a small terrace.
For the entire stay we provide bed and bath linens and also for stays longer than 7 nights we provide a complete change.
For our little guests we provide them with a crib, side rail, high chair, changing table, appropriate dishes and a nice gift!
We offer the possibility of using the air conditioning in the rooms for a fee. Garage available on the basement floor with automatic door and maximum height of 2 metres, easily accessible with small to medium-sized vehicles.
Situated in the town centre, close to all services that can be easily reached on foot! Supermarket, pharmacy, dixie pub, bakery, bar, bank, playground, APT Val di Fiemme are just a few steps from our house! It is only 2 minutes walk (200 metres) from Piazza Cesare Battisti where you can take the bus or ski bus for free and reach the ski slopes in a short time! The convenience of our house is that you can safely leave your car in the garage and have all the amenities at your fingertips!
