Holiday House Maria 

The holiday home Maria is delighted to welcome you to a lovingly renovated property in the small village of Tesero. The house extends over three floors, is completely independent, and includes a garage! The holiday home has a living area of 130 m² and a garage of 60 m². The property can be used in its entirety or (for two guests) partially.
On the lower ground floor, you will find the garage, suitable for medium to small vehicles (maximum height: two metres) and equipped with a convenient automatic door.
Via the internal staircase, you reach the first floor, the living area. Here you will find a beautiful, custom-made kitchen equipped with all modern conveniences: induction hob, combination oven/microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee machine, and a cosy dining area. The living area features a spacious lounge with two comfortable sofas and a tiled stove, a bright and roomy bathroom with whirlpool shower, and a separate entrance that can be used as an alternative to the garage. On the top floor is the sleeping area, comprising three large bedrooms: a children’s room with bunk bed and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed (or two single beds), the master bedroom with a double bed and exclusive access to a small balcony. There is also another spacious bathroom on this floor, complete with a comfortable, generous shower.
For two guests, it is possible to close off the upper floor and convert one of the high-quality sofas into a comfortable double bed (160 × 200 cm) with an ergonomic 18 cm mattress. In the lounge, bed linen, towels, a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, and Wi-Fi are all provided.
Heating: The entire house is fitted with underfloor heating, ensuring even heat distribution and creating a particularly pleasant indoor atmosphere. Upon arrival, a security deposit is required, which will be refunded after inspection of the accommodation at departure.
