The stay includes exclusive use of the entire holiday home: a detached property over 3 floors, with 130 sqm of living space and a 60 sqm private garage.
A solution for 2 guests is also available: a self-contained attic space, where the stay becomes even more comfortable thanks to a high-quality extra-large double sofa bed (160x200), featuring an 18 cm mattress and a 6 cm massage topper.
Bed linen, towels, washing machine and vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, fully equipped kitchen, and Wi-Fi are all included in the stay.
The apartment is fitted with underfloor heating, ensuring a pleasant level of comfort throughout every room.

BASEMENT LEVEL – PRIVATE GARAGE
Garage directly connected to the house, with automatic door, suitable for small to medium-sized vehicles, maximum height 2 meters, with space for 2 cars.

A security deposit is required upon arrival and will be refunded at departure following inspection of the property.
