Chalet located in a very quiet and sunny position just above the hamlet of Tregiovo in the municipality of Novella (former municipality of Revò), in Val di Non, surrounded by meadows and woods of private property and the municipality. The chalet is single, isolated and south-facing with a garden.
The interiors are sober, well cared for and welcoming. Inside there is solid wood furniture and also modern furniture with a predominance of natural wood for ceilings and walls. Outside the chalet has a large garden with a large covered solid wood table that can seat 10/12 people, ideal for snacks or meals outdoors with an adjacent natural stone barbecue. Sun loungers are available to guests.
The chalet can accommodate 6/7 people but exclusively as one group (families/friends).
