It is located in the municipality of Selva Val Gardena, but two steps from the town center of Santa Cristina. The Saslong cableway (connection to the Sella Ronda) is only 400 m from the house, so it can be reached on foot or by free ski bus stopping only 50 m from the house. You can ski back until 100 m from the house, through the connection slope which goes down from Col Raiser bottom station until Plan da Tieja.
In summer the Col Raiser cableway is a 10 minutes stroll from the flat, in the months of July and August there is a free shuttle stopping 50 m from the house.
Two public children playgrounds can be found within 200 m from the house, as well as the Family Park Val Gardena. Also in winter families with kids will appreciate the location just under the Plan da Tieja ski school slopes for children.
Grocery stores, shops, rentals, bars and restaurants are all quicly reachable on foot.
The facility offers one outdoor car parking, free Wi-Fi, washing machine with incorporated dryer and a ski deposit.
