Villa Anderlan is located in a quiet and very sunny position, only a five-minute walk from the pedestrian area and from the centre of Ortisei. In walking distance from the house you will find grocery shops and restaurants/pizzerias. Enjoy your holiday without having to use your car.
The apartment, located on the third floor with a beautiful view of the Dolomites, is suitable for up to 8 people, with wide, bright and comfortable rooms.
In the winter season there is also a room where you can leave your skies and ski boots.
In front of the house there is a beautiful garden and a private parking. Children can have fun in the public playground close to the house.
The uphill facilities of Alpe di Siusi, Rasciesa and Seceda are reachable in 5-10 minutes walk: in winter you can easily reach all skiing destinations and the famous Sella Ronda circuit and in summer the starting point of wonderful excursions and walks in the mountains of the Dolomites, a Unesco World Heritage Site. In the winter there is also a public ski bus service, the Val Gardena Ski-Express (free of charge), which brings you quickly to the uphill facilities; the bus stop is right next to the house. There is a free public bus service during the summer too.
