The House Stefania is situated in the heart of Selva Gardena, in a quiet and really sunny area from where you can enjoy an amazing panoramic view on the surrounding mountain summits of the Sassolungo, Sella and Stevia. Thanks to the central position you can easily reach all the important lifts, the ski school, the shops and restaurants on foot.
Winter sport fans can profit of the striking distance of the cable car Ciampinoi (about 100m) which permits a quick and easy access to the Sellaronda and to all other slopes of Val Gardena. During summertime the house is the ideal starting point for easy or more challenging hiking tours in the surrounding mountains of the Dolomites as well as for relaxed walks in the proximate Vallunga. The cozy and spacious apartment (90m²) for 3-6 persons is in the first floor of the house. It consists of: 1 double room and 1 triple room with large balcony on the south side of the house, 1 living room with sleeping couch, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, bathtub, basin, bidet and WC, 1 separate WC.

Awesome location. Very clean and nice apartment. Good value for money. Short walk to Sellaronda ski-lifts. Shops nearby.
